RETURNS POLICY
Our pieces are designed to be adjusted to fit your fabulous body. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we accept returns in exchange for a store credit. Please contact us within 5 business days of you receiving your order.
We do not accept returns / exchange for change of mind.
For health reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any bottoms, so please choose carefully.
As all of our garments are quality checked and photographed on dispatch, returns that are damaged, show signs of wear or are without original tags attached will not be accepted.
Conditions of Returns
- Item must unworn and unwashed and unmarked.
- Item must have no scent or makeup marks present.
- Item must have original tags present and be in it’s original packaging.
- Item must be returned within 14 days of receiving our return address details.
- There will be no returns on clearance, sale or promotional items.
- All returned orders will be issued with a store credit to the value of the order, excluding shipping costs and valid for 1 year from issue date.
- We do not issue refunds unless the returned faulty item is out of stock.
- Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item to initiate a return.
Please note: Customers are to cover the cost of all return postage unless the item is deemed faulty or an incorrect item was sent by us.
Faulty items
- We will replace any faulty items you receive, that we deem faulty.
- Photos of faulty pieces will be required before a return label will be issued to send the faulty piece back to us. Faults include tear or manufacturing issues.
- Issues will be reviewed and accepted as faulty at our discretion.
- Due to the nature of our knitted and mesh pieces, it must be proven that pulls were present upon arrival of the item and not caused by the customer.
- Please lodge your return within 5 days of receiving the item to proceed.
Please email hello@fabulousmissfoxy.com.au with your order number, the name of the item/s and the reason for your return and we will provide our return address details.
